Zouba connects customers, partner businesses, and independent drivers to enable on‑demand pickup and delivery across the UAE. Features may change or be made available in phases.

2. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during signup and when placing requests.
• Comply with applicable laws and avoid prohibited items (e.g., illegal goods, hazardous materials).
• Treat drivers and partners respectfully; abuse or fraud may result in suspension.

3. Orders, Pricing and Payments

Pricing may include delivery fees, service charges, and partner charges. Any indicative pricing on the site is subject to change. Final pricing is shown in the app or during confirmation. Payments are processed by authorized providers.

4. Merchants and Drivers

Merchants are independent businesses. Drivers are independent contractors. Zouba is not liable for merchant inventory decisions or driver actions beyond what is required by applicable law.

5. Prohibited Use

Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer components, or use the platform for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

6. Disclaimers and Liability

The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Zouba disclaims warranties of any kind and limits liability for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Privacy
