- Where does Zouba operate? We are starting in Dubai and rolling out across the UAE. We launch neighbourhood by neighbourhood so we can give every customer and driver the best possible service from day one.
- What can I get delivered? Almost anything that fits in a car or van, from chairs and plants to groceries, documents, and marketplace finds. If it matters to you, it matters to us. (We just cannot move items on our prohibited list or anything restricted by UAE law.)
- How soon will I hear from you? If you are a business, we will be in touch within 1 to 2 working days. If you have joined our customer waitlist, we will update you as soon as your area is live so you can start booking right away.
- Why choose Zouba over a courier? We are built for the everyday moments that matter. Our drivers are part of your community, treat your items with care, and make deliveries feel personal, not just transactional.
- How do I know my items are safe? Every delivery includes real time tracking, driver contact, and photo proof at pickup and drop off. Our drivers are verified, trained, and chosen for their reliability and respect.
- Can I schedule a delivery in advance? Yes. Book for later the same day or choose a future date that works for you. We make planning ahead as easy as booking now.
- What if I need something delivered urgently? We specialise in same day and last minute deliveries. If a driver is available, we will get your item on the road as quickly as possible, often within minutes.
- How do I partner with Zouba? Head to our Business page and fill in the quick form. We will get back to you with next steps and help you start moving things and moments for your customers.
- How do I become a driver? Sign up on our Drivers page to join the waitlist. We will let you know as soon as onboarding opens in your area. We are always looking for kind, capable people to help us move life forward.
